A while back we started a relationship with Renters Guide in Albany. We then set out on a bigger project which would consist of many smaller projects. This means that we had the opportunity to work with a bunch of the clients Renters Guides works with in the Capital Region.
While working on this project Filmworks 109 was able to work everywhere from the Albany area all the way up to Saratoga Springs. This gave us an insight into luxury apartments that we normally wouldn’t see when working with a more traditional real estate video for a house.
From Club houses filled with everything you could imagine, to stellar locations, each location we worked at had something that made it stand out. Below there are three videos showcasing some of the properties we worked at and the amenities they have. These properties include The Paddocks in Saratoga, The Kensington Apartments at Halfmoon, and Stoneledge Apartments in Troy.
