In recent months we have been working with the Greater Capital Association of Realtors also known as GCAR. We worked on a commercial with them which showcases some of the educational opportunities that they teach at their location. GCAR also talked to us about their real estate professional institute more in depth which is highlighted in the video we worked on with them.
This video highlights the real estate professional institute that GCAR has. Their institute is a great resource for people getting into real estate and also for those already working in the industry. Some of the courses they teach include the 75 hour course teaching people how to get into real estate. This is a big focus that they have in the real estate industry and includes state licensing.
