A couple weeks ago we took a trip down to Long Island to visit our friends down at Suffolk Transportation. It’s been a while since we’ve been down there but it seems like everything’s the same and the people are as nice as ever. A couple of us took the trip along with Al Roney from PC Public Affairs who we’ve worked with on all of the Suffolk Transportation videos.
In the past we’ve gotten to do video for Suffolk Transportation that has talked about Bus Safety and other videos talking about what they do. This time was different though. This time we got to talk about some new technology that Suffolk Transportation is putting in their buses to not only make the Buses more safe but also more efficient.
We started the day off by driving from Albany down to Long Island. While in Long Island we spent some time in Suffolk Transportations main mechanic shop checking out the new Buses features. We also got to spend time with one of the drivers who was not only helpful but also stuck it out for the day with us.

We’d also like to thank Andy and Jamie from Suffolk Transportation for getting everything set up for us along with Laton who was the bus driver that we spent the day with. You all made our jobs easier and stress free while allowing us to have a good time working with you down in Long Island. We’ll be looking forward to working with you all again soon.
